Structure:

The building consists of a 13-story structure with 2 additional mechanical floors above the main roof level and 4 levels below grade.  Floor framing consists of reinforced post-tension concrete slabs supported upon reinforced concrete columns.  The building has been designed for a 100 lbs psf load (includes interior tenant partitions).

Exterior: 

Perimeter enclosure along K, 18th and L Sts. consists of a curtainwall façade (mullions spaced at 5’) with 1” insulated vision glass and spandrel panels.  Alley and courtyard façade (mullions spaced at 4’) includes a 1” insulated glass and 2” insulated metal panel system.

Security Systems:
